Independent member of parliament (MP) Dr. Amresh Singh took off his clothes in the Parliament meeting on Monday.
No sooner had the parliament meeting started, than he took off all his upper body clothes in protest.
Speaker Devraj Ghimire warned of action after he stood up from his seat in the Parliament meeting and protested by taking off his shirt and vest.

Speaker Ghimire also warned of taking action against him in line with Rule 30 of the Regulations of the House of Representatives, describing his behavior as rude, obscene and indecent.
