Bhutanese refugee leader Teknath Rijal has been arrested by the police on Thursday.
He was arrested by a team of District Police Range Kathmandu.
He was arrested by the police for investigation in the fraud case of making Nepali citizens Bhutanese refugees and sending them to America.
With the arrest of Rijal, the number of individuals detained in connection with the fake refugees case has reached 16.
