Bal Krishna’s personal aide Narendra KC found involved in gold smuggling

Former Home Minister Bal Krishna Khand's personal secretary Narendra KC, who was arrested in the fake refugee case, has also been found involved in gold smuggling.

A message has been found that reveals KC to have been involved in gold smuggling while he was at the Ministry of Home Affairs.

The message says Home Minister Bal Krishna Khand's private secretary Narendra KC made arrangements for Keshav Dulal to smuggle gold in setting with the IGP.

It is mentioned in the message that when he was at the Ministry of Home Affairs, he made arrangements for gold smuggling in setting with the then IGP Dhiraj Pratap Singh.

Revealing evidence has been found that Narendra KC, private secretary of Home Minister Khand, also communicated with former Home Secretary Teknarayan Pandey and sent messages for a setting.

A message was also found between Secretary Pandey and Private Secretary KC about setting up gold smuggling along with fake refugees.

They talked on Viber and WhatsApp. KC has saved another number of the secretary in the name of TN Pandey 2.

There has been a conversation on WhatsApp, "Sir, only the refugee card holders have been charged, but the new entries and non-entries have not been charged."

A man, citing your name, named Bikrant Basnet is saying that he will make cards and travel documents for 70 to 80 Bhutanese refugees.

Narendra KC, Keshav Dulal and Secretary Pandey are in custody in the refugee case. Charges have been registered against them under five crimes including crimes against the state.
