Ram Bahadur Rawal has been appointed as the editor of Nepalkhabar (www.nepalkhabar.com).
Editor-in-Chief Purna Basnet welcomed Rawal amidst a program organized at the Office of Nepal Khabar Pvt Ltd. in Thapathali.
Rawal has taken charge as the editor of Nepalkhabar starting today (Monday).
Welcoming editor Rawal, Editor-in-Chief Basnet said that this decision will take Nepalkhabar to a new height.
"It is a pleasure to welcome Ramji to Nepalkhabar", said Basnet, "under the leadership of an experienced young journalist like him, I am confident that Nepalkhabar will reach new heights."
After taking over the responsibility of the editor, Rawal has promised to advance Nepalkhabar with collective efforts.
"We will advance the newsroom of Nepalkhabar with collective efforts", Rawal said while taking over the responsibility of the editor, "We have to prove ourselves at every moment in this competitive age."
Born in Bajura, Rawal has experience of leading various media outlets. He was the editor of Galaxy 4K Television until recently.
He has more than a decade and a half experience of working in various media outlets including Kantipur Television, Nepal Weekly, Nepal FM.
Rawal holds a master's degree in Nepali from Tribhuvan University and also a bachelor's degree in law.
