Sri Lanka cricketer Danushka Gunathilaka, who was facing charges of alleged sexual assault was granted bail on Thursday, The Hindu reported.
The court granted him bail on the condition that Gunathilaka is still now allowed to use social media.
The now-suspended batsman appeared in Sydney's Downing Center court from Parklea Correctional Centre, where was doing time in custody after being denied bail on November 7, ESPNcricinfo report said.
A woman had filed a case in the court against Gunathilaka alleging that the latter sexually assaulted her during the team's T20 World Cup campaign in Australia.
