Tension has flared up at Balkhu area again after Prasai supporters clashed with security personnel.
Police have used teargas shells and water cannons to take the situation under control, sources have said.
Talking to Nepalkhabar, Durga Prasai claimed that eight of his supporters were injured in the clash with security personnel. According to him, one ordinary person has also sustained injuries.
Similarly, some security personnel have also been injured in the clash.
