Nepal-US Alumni Network elects Pravina Amatya as new President

The Nepal-US Alumni Network (NUSAN) has elected Pravina Amatya as the new President.

The Fifth Annual General Meeting of  the NUSAN elected, Amatya as the new President, Baman Kumar Ghimire as Vice President, Swarna Tamrakar as General Secretary, Nikesh Balami as Secretary and Kushma KC as Treasurer of the new executive committee.

Similarly, Roshan Khadka, Ashok Sah, Prakash Lamichhane, Krishna Bahadur Sunar, Gargi Nepal and Sagar Koirala are elected as the new executive committee members.

The new executive committee will have a tenure of two years. All Nepali professionals who took part in US Department of State sponsored programs are eligible to become members of the organization.

The NUSAN is a network of US exchange alumni, who are committed to promoting professional relationships, exchanging academic ideas, and helping the public realize and utilize the benefits of the Nepal-US friendship.
