New Zealand has set a record 303-run target for Nepal at the One Day International ICC Under-19 World Cup cricket tournament on Sunday.
Electing to bat first after winning the toss at the Buffalo Park Cricket Ground in East London today, New Zealand notched up 302 runs losing 8 wickets in the allotted 50 overs.
Snehith Reddy scored the highest 147 runs including 11 fours and six sixes off 125 balls.
Similarly, Oscar Jackson hit 75 runs including three fours and five sixes off 81 deliveries While Tom Jones contributed 33 runs. Similarly, Luke Watson and Alex Thompson notched up 14 and 13 runs, respectively.
On the bowling side, Subash Bhandari took the highest three wickets giving away 60 runs, Gulsan Jha grabbed two wickets while Dipesh Kandel, Tilak Bhandari and Aakash Tripathi claimed one wicket each for Nepal.
