Suspended Managing Director of Nepal Telecom Sunil Paudel and Executive Director of the Security Printing Center, Bikal Paudel, have been remanded to 10 days in custody.
A bench of Judges Khusi Prasad Tharu, Ram Bahadur Thapa and Ritendra Thapa of the Special Court remanded them to 10 days in custody, said Dhan Bahadur Karki, the spokesperson of the court.
On January 24, the Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) arrested Bikal and Sunil in connection with the security printing case.
They were arrested for disobeying the calls made by the anti-graft body to investigate the alleged accumulation of property beyond rule.
