Jan Nicol Loftie-Eaton hit a century with 101 runs including 11 fours and eight sixes off 36 balls followed by Malan Kruget with 59 runs including six fours and two sixes off 48 balls.
Michael van Lingen and JP Kotze contributed 20 and 11 runs, respectively.
On the bowling side, Rohit Paudel grabbed two wickets while Karan KC and Abinash Bohara claimed one wicket each for Nepal.
