Microsoft has launched the Startups Founders Hub program in Nepal.
The US-based tech giant in collaboration with ICT Awards launched the Startups Founders Hub program in Nepal on Friday.
Startups Founders Hub program, which has been successfully launched in more than 200 countries, has been launched in Nepal to promote startups, said Microsoft.
The program was launched amidst a special event held at Kumari Hall of Islington College and saw participation of over 200 startups along with attendence of various distinguished personalities.
Founders Hub is an online platform that drives up innovations among the ambitious who want to stamp their mark on a global stage.
Adressing the launch event, Microsoft's Country Manager for Bangladesh, Bhutan and Nepal Md Yousup Faruqu said that Founders Hub program would elevate Nepali startups to the global level.
Faruqu also urged all and sundry having great ideas to participate in the Startups Founders Hub program and take advantage of it.
Likewise, Microsoft's Partners Sales Executive Subash Manandhar said Founders Hub was designed to develop the startup ecosystem.
