Trails of cultural and religious importance including Kirant Mundhum trail will be prioritized and built to promote tourism in Nepal.
Unveiling the policies and programs for the fiscal year 2081/082, President Ramchandra Paudel said the trails of religious and cultural importance including Ram Paripath and Kirat Mundhum trail will be prioritized and constructed in order to promote tourism in the country.
Paudel further said that the construction of Tamor corridor, Koshi and Trisuli corridors, which are already in operation, will be expedited.
Similarly, the detailed project report (DPR) of Kerung-Kathmandu railway will soon be finalized in association with China and brought into implementation.
Similarly, the postal highway will be given continuity, said the President.
