Satish Kumar Singh has been appointed as the Chief Minister of Madhesh Province.
Province Chief Sumitra Subedi Bhandari appointed Singh as the Chief Minister of Madhesh Province in line with Article 168 (2) of the Constitution of Nepal on Friday.
Singh had staked a claim for the post of Chief Minister with the support of 55 members of parliament (MPs) from six different political parties at 8 am today.
