Nepal vs Sri Lanka match canceled as rain plays spoilsport

The match between Nepal and Sri Lanka under the ICC Men's T20 World Cup has been canceled after the rain played a spoilsport.

The match scheduled between Nepal and Sri Lanka this morning was canceled after it rained heavily just before the toss.

The match was scheduled to be played at Central Broward Regional Park Stadium Turf Ground, Lauderhill in Florida, USA.

With the cancelation of the match, Nepal and Sri Lanka have shared 1 point each.

With the distribution of points, Nepal is in fourth place with 1 point from two matches. Sri Lanka is at the bottom of the points table with 1 point from three matches.

Earlier, Nepal lost the first match against the Netherlands by 6 wickets.

Sri Lanka lost the first match of the group stage against South Africa by 6 wickets. In the second match, it lost to Bangladesh by 2 wickets.

After sharing points with Nepal, Sri Lanka has crashed out of the Super 8 race.
