Famous Singer Rajesh Payal Rai, who was flying to Dubai, has been sent back home from Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA).
The airlines handed Rai over to the airport security after he started behaving rowdy under the influence of alcohol. Rai was flying to Dubai on a flight of Fly Dubai at 10 am today.
He was reminded about his inebriated condition and sent back home in a taxi, TIA security chief DIG Ram Datta Joshi told Nepalkhabar.
“There were no other reasons. The airlines coordinated with us after Rai was found in an inebriated condition,” he said, “We reminded him of his inebriated condition and sent him back home.”
Rai’s scheduled flight has flown to Dubai, already.
