Embassy urges Nepalis in Beirut to exercise precautions

Violence is likely to escalate in the Middle East following the killing of Ismail Haniyeh, the leader of Hamas in Iran and Hezbollah Commander Fuad Shukr in Lebanon by Israeli attacks.

Meanwhile, Nepali Embassy in Egypt has urged the Nepali people living in Lebanon to exercise precautions.

Issuing a press note, Nepali Embassy in Egypt that also looks after Lebanon said, “Nepalis living in Lebanon are urged to exercise precautions in view of the possible escalation of wars and requested to contact the Honorary Consulate General of Nepal in Beirut.”

 Meanwhile, the Embassy has also urged the Nepali people in Beirut to drop their necessary details via the website of the Embassy so as to update their list.
