Mother, daughter injured after stone falls on Chitwan-bound microbus

A microbus sustained windshield damage after a stone struck it while it was plying the road.

Two persons were injured when a stone fell on a microbus which was heading to Narayangadh from Kathmandu.

Two persons were injured when a stone fell on a microbus, Bagmati Pradesh 01-006 Kha 6414 at Satrakilo in Bharatpur Metropolitan City-29.

According to District Police Office Chitwan, 30-year-old Kalpana Pariyar and her 8-year-old daughter Kanchan Pariyar of Debchuli Municipality-13 sustained injuries.

Police said that both of them are undergoing treatment at Bharatpur Hospital.

It is learnt that the windshield of the micro was damaged due to the stones, but the other passengers and the driver escaped unharmed.
