Minor boy swept away by rivulet in Tarkeshwar, Kathmandu

A minor boy has gone missing after being swept away by a swollen creek in Tarakeshwar Municipality-4 of Kathmandu.

Spokesperson and Superintendent of Police Nawaraj Adhikari informed that 12-year-old Bimal Tamang of Rasuwa went missing after being washed away by the creek near Lolong Vegetable Market on Tuesday evening.

The police said Tamang went missing when he was swept away by the river around 6 pm yesterday and the search operation is underway.
