Bhutanese King Jigme Shekhar Namgyel Wangchuck has offered worship amidst rituals at Boudhanath today.
Prior to this, Namgyel visitedSwayambhunath. The officials of the Swayambhu Management and Conservation Mahasamiti welcomed King Namgyel on the premises of Swayambhu. Namgyel, who spent a half an hour at Swayambhu, had observed the panoramic view of the Kathmandu Valley.
Namgyel, who arrived in Kathmandu this morning via India is returning home today itself, the Foreign Ministry said.
