Janakpur Bolts has entered the final of the Nepal Premier League (NPL) after defeating Karnali Yaks in the second qualifier.
It was not easy for Janakpur to meet the target of 119 runs set by Karnali. Janakpur, despite difficulty, achieved the target by losing only 8 wickets.
While chasing the target set by Karnali, Janakpur had already lost both openers by the time it notched up 9 runs. However, Janakpur took a dramatic turn after James Neesham came in and batted explosively in the middle order, providing the team a big relief.
While Janakpur was in need of a few runs, the tail-enders managed to achieve it.
