Nepali Congress has appointed secretaries to various departments of the party.
President Sher Bahadur Deuba on Friday made appointments of secretaries to 37 departments in line with Article 25 (9) of the party's Statute, 2017 (with amendments).
According to Krishna Prasad Paudel, the chief secretary of Nepali Congress Central Party Office, Dr Raghu Kafle has been appointed as the secretary of the Province Coordination Department, Gopal Jha as the secretary of the Communications, Information and Publicity Department, Dhruba Khadka (Industry and Trade Department), Kabita Itani (Women Department) and Bijaya Sambahamphe has been appointed as the secretary of the Professional and Intellectual Department.
