Sindhuli EV car mishap: All deceased and injured identified (name-list)

The car that met with an accident in Sindhuli.

A person died and five others sustained critical injuries after an EV car met with an accident in Sindhuli, said Police Inspector Sunil Chaurasiya of the District Police Office, Sindhuli.

The deceased has been identified as Sushant Nepali, 28, of Gaurishankar, Dolakha, according to Chaurasiya.

The injured in the accident are San Bahadur Tamang, 53, of Deumai-8, Ilam, Devi Limbu, 34, of Letang-2, Morang, Sweta Giri, 28, of Kageshwari Manohara-5, Kathmandu, Sanjaya Roka, 28, of the same place, and Tisku Mandal, 27, of Baradashi-1, Jhapa.

All the injured are undergoing treatment at the District Hospital, Sindhuli.

Among the injured, Devi Limbu of Letang, Morang is in critical condition, Inspector Chaurasiya informed. It is yet to be revealed who was driving the vehicle involved in the accident.

A vehicle, Bagmati Province 01-030 Cha 9642, coming to Kathmandu from Jhapa, fell some 400 meters off the BP Highway at Golanjor Rural Municipality-5 in Sindhuli at around 5:45 am this morning.

The Police have said that the accident occurred after the speeding vehicle went out of control.
