A Melamchi drinking water pipe has burst in Babarmahal, Kathmandu.
The main pipe has burst causing flooding on the forest premises. The flow of water has submerged government offices including the forest premises, special court, and district court.
Floodwaters are making it difficult for vehicles to navigate and for pedestrians to walk on foot.
