Central Committee President of Nepal Tarun Dal, Bidwan Gurung has stated that the convention of the Tarun Dal, the youth wing of the Nepali Congress, will be held on time.
Gurung said this in a joint meeting with the CC members and the district presidents of the Tarun Dal.
Calling for a unity among the district presidents, Gurung shared that the representatives of the central committee have already been deployed to this effect.
During the meeting, Gurung directed the CC members to distribute full-time memberships in the districts by March 13.
He further said that the schedule of the general convention will be unveiled on March 15-16 after distributing the memberships at the district level.
NC has formed a Convention Steering Committee to conduct the elections of sister organizations including Tarun Dal.
