People have staged a demonstration in front of the Office of the Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) demanding reinstatement of Kulman Ghising as the Managing Director.
People gathered on the premises of the Authority and staged a demonstration at Ratnapark.
A huge number of security personnel have been deployed around the premises of the NEA to preempt any untoward incidents.
A cabinet meeting on Monday evening removed Ghising as the Managing Director and appointed Hitendra Dev Shakya in his place.
