Nepali Ambassador to Qatar, Ramesh Chandra Paudel, has requested the Qatari government for its facilitation to release Nepali student Bipin Joshi from the captivity of Hamas.
During a meeting with Secretary General at Foreign Ministry of Qatar, Dr Ahmed Bin Hassan Al Hammadi, on Sunday, Ambassador Paudel appreciated the role of Qatari government to reduce conflict between Israel and Palestine, and sought again Qatari government's help in releasing Joshi from Hamas' control.
During the meeting held at Nepali Embassy in Qatar, the two leaders discussed renewal of bilateral agreement made between Nepal and Qatar during Qatari Amir's visit to Nepal.
The Secretary General Hammadi showed positive response toward Nepal's request, it was shared.
