Gold continues to glitter; silver loses luster

The price of gold has increased by Rs 600 per tola on Thursday, the fifth trading day of the week.

With the price-hike, the gold is being sold for Rs 192,200 per tola, the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers Association (FENEGOSIDA) said.

The gold price was Rs 191,600 per tola yesterday.

On the other hand, the price of silver has decreased by Rs 10 per tola today.

With the reduction in price, the silver is being traded for Rs 1,955 per tola today. It was Rs 1,965 per tola.

 The gold is being sold for Rs US$ 3,395 per ounce in the international market today.
