Current govt will continue, says Deuba

Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba has clarified that there are no internal issues with the incumbent government led by KP Sharma Oli, dismissing the speculation of its instability.

Speaking at the office-bearers' meeting convened at his residence in Budhanilkantha on Friday, President Deuba made it clear that there are no issues with the government as reported by media outlets.

"There is no problem with the government as peculated outside. The incumbent government will continue," a leader privy to the meeting quoted President Deuba as saying.

Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has publicly acknowledged that Deuba has been cooperating with the government.
