CPN (UML) Chair KP Sharma Oli reached CPN (Maoist Center) Chair Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' private residence in Khumaltar today.
Oli had not been to Khumaltar for the past two years as the two leaders were not on speaking terms since the collapse of the Nepal Communist Party, which had been formed through the merger of the two leaders parties in 2018.
Sour relations persisted until Sunday, when the Maoist Center chair reached Oli's residence Balkot to secure premiership with support of 169 MPs from seven parties at UML's initiative.
From Sunday onwards, the Nepali politics took new turn of events, fading past's sour memories and creating new memories to cherish ahead.
Since then, Oli and Prachanda are together and in the course, when Oli reached Prachanda's residence today, he received warm welcome.
