Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) MP Shishir Khanal has raised questions about Tribhuvan University's undue delay in publishing exam results.

Khanal was recently elected MP from Kathmandu constituency 6 from the RSP.

Stating thousands of students were awaiting their results, he wondered, "Why does the university take a full year to publish results?"

Co-founder of Teach For Nepal, Khanal has long been a crusador of the education sector. He also served as CEO of the educational movement Teach for Nepal from 2012-2019 and as the Board Chair from 2019- 2020.

He reached out to the public with a campaign to reform Nepal's educational sector.

Khanal's RSP, which won 20 seats in the Lower House, is also participating in the Maoist Center-led government with its President Ravi Lamichhane steering the Home Ministry.

Of late, MP Khanal is being mooted as the Education Minister within the RSP, given his dedication and committment to the educational sector in the country.
