EC dissolves Gautam-led CPN Unity National Campaign

The Election Commission of Nepal has dissolved the CPN Unity National Campaign led by Bamdev Gautam.

After the formation of Nepali Communist Party, Gautam had filed a petition with the Election Commission to dissolve the CPN Unity National Campaign led by him.

The Election Commission dissolved the party following Gautam's petition.

When the then NCP split, Gautam had formed CPN Unity National Campaign under his own leadership without joining UML, Maoist Center, and Unified Socialist.

Gautam has joined Nepali Communist Party through Unified
