As many as 21 persons were injured in a bus accident occurred at Ritha Bazaar of Bhudhiganga Municipality along the Sanphe-Martadi highway today.
The passenger bus (SuPra 01001 Kha 1355) coming from Mahendranagar suffered a brake failure, causing the accident. All of the injured ones have been taken to District Hospital for treatment, according to police inspector Naresh Bahadur Shahi.
A police team had immediately reached the accident site for rescue after it received information on it, Shahi added.
The injured ones are however out of major risks.
