Sudurpaschim Royals has set an 86-run target for Lumbini Lions in the final match of the Nepal Premier League (NPL) Season 2 underway in Kirtipur.
Electing to bat first after winning the toss at the TU International Cricket Ground on Saturday, Surdurpaschim notched up 85 runs losing all wickets in 19.1 overs.
Ishan Pandey's 33-run score was the highest for Sudurpaschim. Pandey hit 1 four off 51 deliveries followed by Dipendra Singh Airee with 13 runs while Harmeet Singh and Scott Kuggeleijin scored 10 runs each. The other batsmen could not reach double-digit runs.
To restrict Sudurpaschim to such a low target, Ruben Trumpelmann, Sher Malla, and Rohit Paudel took 3 wickets each while Tilak Bhandari claimed 1 wicket for Lumbini Lions.
