Rohit Paudel, the captain of Lumbini Lions, has been named the Best Nepali Player of the Nepal Premier League (NPL) Season 2.
Paudel was declared the Best Nepali Player after leading Lumbini to victory and winning the championship title in the NPL final. He received a car as a prize in recognition of becoming the Best Nepali Player of the Season.
Rohit took 3 wickets in the final match against Sudurpaschim Royals, taking the total wickets in the NPL to 9.
Additionally, by scoring 16 runs in the final match, he became the highest run-scorer of the tournament. He accumulated 276 runs in 10 matches. He is the Nepali cricketer with the most runs scored.
