Nepali Congress (NC) is going to organize a huge rally at Janakpurdham on February 19, targeting the upcoming House of Representative elections scheduled for March 5.
Organizing a press meet at the central party headquarters on Tuesday, Devraj Chalise, spokesperson of Nepali Congress informed that a special rally is being organized at Janakpurdham. Earlier, NC had planned to organize a special rally on January 30.
However, it was postponed due to the election code of conduct. Chalise further stated that such kinds of rallies will be organized in other provinces, too.
He said that the party is drafting an election manifesto and will unveil in a few days. It will include realistic and feasible programs in order to ensure good governance, development in the future.
