Arjun Narasingha KC, the senior-most member of the House of Representatives, has taken the oath of office and secrecy on Wednesday.
President Ramchandra Paudel administered the oath to senior member KC amidst a special ceremony held at the Office of the President in Sheetal Niwas a while ago.
High-ranking officials, heads of security agencies, heads of diplomatic missions among others were present at the oath-taking ceremony.
Now senior member KC will administer the oath of office and secrecy to the newly elected members of the House of Representatives.
