Bhupdev Shah appointed RSP General Secretary

Bhupdev Shah has been appointed as General Secretary of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP).

A central committee (CC) meeting of the party held on Monday appointed Shah to the post, said RSP's Spokesperson Manish Jha.

While Sagar Dhakal and Sarita Shree Gyawali have been appointed as Secretariat Members, Jeevan Prabha Lama, Moti Prasad Pangali, Hari Prasad Pandey and Bishnu Hari Sharma were appointed as members of the party's Central Advisory Council.

Similarly, the meeting also appointed Tulasi Prasad Chaudhary, Ram Singh Tharu, Jeevan Dhami, Prema Chaudhary, Nabaraj Rana and Ekraj Chaudhary at Federal Leadership Forum, shared Jha.

The proposals presented by party Chairperson Rabi Lamichhane were approved by the CC.

The party has also revised the existing levy structure where the lawmakers should contribute Rs 15,000 per month to the party while ministers have to pay Rs 18,000 per month.

Similarly, ministers' personal secretaries should also contribute Rs 2,000 per month as party levy.
