Minister for Communications and Informational Technology Rekha Sharma has been entrusted with the responsibility of the government spokesperson.
A cabinet meeting held at the Office of the Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers in Singha Durbar on Wednesday took a decision to this effect, informed Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance Bishnu Prasad Paudel.
Similarly, the cabinet meeting also decided to form a taskforce to chalk out a criteria for the titles and decorations to be presented by the government.
The meeting also picked Professor Dr. Devraj Adhikari as the chairman of the University Grant Commission.
