Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has decided to continue its support to the government led by Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda.'
A Central Committee (CC) meeting of the RSP held at the party's central office in Basundhara this afternoon took a decision to this effect.
Assistant General Secretary of the party, Kabindra Burlakoti, said that the meeting decided to continue support given to the government until the appropriate time comes.
Burlakoti made it clear that although both the CPN-UML and Nepali Congress have asked for support for the presidential election, no decision has yet been taken about who the party will support.
He said that party chairman Rabi Lamichhane briefed about the latest political developments in the meeting.
