Loan shark victims who arrived in Kathmandu from various districts of Madhesh Province have clashed with municipal police on Monday.
Tension ran high after a team of around 100 victims confronted with security personnel who intercepted them by padlocking the gate of Khula Manch, an open ground located in Kathmandu.
The protesters wanted to stage a sit-in by entering the Khula Manch but the municipal police led by SP Raju Pandey intercepted them.
