President Ram Chandra Paudel is returning home today (Sunday) after receiving treatment in India.
According to Paudel's secretariat, President Paudel will land at Tribhuvan International Airport by airplane at 8 pm.
Paudel is being discharged from the hospital today at 12 noon.
Due to his chest infection, he had been admitted to a teaching hospital. After antibiotics were not effective, he was taken to India for further treatment on April 19, according to doctors' advice.
After 12 days of treatment at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in New Delhi, India, he is returning home today.
It is said that Paudel's health has improved.
