Nepali Congress (NC) general-secretary and parliamentarian Gagan Kumar Thapa has pitched for exploring internal problems of the party.

He stressed the need to identify the internal problems and place planned efforts to resolve them.

In his address to the annual province gathering of Kathmandu constituency 4(1), he clarified they had not asked party cadres to vote somewhere else than their election symbol.

The general-secretary underlined the urgency of serious discussion if anyone had committed any mistake in this regard.

Also speaking on the occasion, NC Kathmandu constituency 4 President Shyam Krishna Sangat said NC leaders were found presenting factional candidates from own party in the constituencies to oppose party official candidates in the last general election.

Likewise, NC Kathmandu constituency 4 (1) President Bimal Hada said youths were increasingly showing frustration to the politics so the party should design alternative plan to attract them in politics.
