The Rastriya Sawatantra Party (RSP) has celebrated its first establishment day on Thursday.
RSP celebrated the first anniversary by holding a tea reception at the new central party office in Balaju today.
The top leaders including Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ were invited to the program. While participating in the tea reception, Prime Minister Prachanda rang the bell in the RSP office.
Similarly, Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Narayankaji Shrestha, who attended the event, also rang the bell. Before Narayankaji, Rabi Lamichhane, chairman of RSP, was the home minister.
Likewise, CPN (UML) Chairman KP Sharma Oli also participated in the tea reception. Oli was urged to ring the bell, the election symbol of the party.
RSP Chairman Lamichhane had become Deputy Prime Minister and the Minister for Home Affairs at the initiation of Oli in the coalition government formed on December 25, 2022.
RSP is ringing bells across the country as part of celebrations of its first foundation day this evening.
