KMC team reaches Baluwatar to fence Lalita Niwas land (with photos)

A team of Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) has reached Baluwatar to fence the government land of Lalita Niwas.

The metropolis has deployed a team of city police to fence the Lalita Niwas land on Sunday afternoon. The metropolis has said that it is going to build a fence to protect the land of Lalita Niwas.

Municipal Police Chief SP Rajunath Pandey said that since it is the responsibility of the metropolis to protect the public land under Lalita Niwas, they are going to put up a fence to this effect.

"Our team is going to install a barbed wire fence around the land of Lalita Niwas", he said, "It is the responsibility of the metropolis to protect the public land. Accordingly, we are fencing the area,” said Pandey.
