India have set a 169-run target for England in the second semi-final of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup underway at the Adelaide Oval Cricket Ground in Adelaide, Australia on Thursday.
Hardik Pandya topped the score with 63 runs including four fours and five sixes off 33 deliveries.
Similarly, Virat Kohli made 50 runs including five fours and one six off 40 deliveries while Rohit Sharma contributed 27 runs.
In reply, Chris Jordan grabbed the highest three wickets while Adil Rashid and Chris Woakes took one wicket each for England.
India reached the semi-final as the winner of group ‘B’ and England as the runners-up of group ‘A’.
Both teams lost one match each in the group stage. India lost to South Africa while England faced a defeat on the hands of Ireland.
The winner in today’s match will face Pakistan in the final on Sunday.
The final match will be held at the Melbourne Cricket Ground in Melbourne, Australia on November 13.
