PM Dahal and Indian counterpart Modi hold telephone conservation

Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' and his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi have had a telephone conversation.

According to the Indian Embassy in Kathmandu, there was a telephone conversation between the two leaders on Saturday.

"Hon'ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi had a telephone conversation with the Rt. Hon’ble Mr. Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’, Prime Minister of Nepal today," the Indian Embassy tweeted.

They had a telephone conversation on various aspects of Nepal-India relations and cooperation.

Besides, the embassy informed that the telephone conservation also touched upon the agreements reached between Nepal and India during Prime Minister Prachanda's recent visit to India.

The telephone conversation is viewed as a continued understanding subsisting between the two countries at the highest political level.
