Former General Secretary of Nepali Congress Shashanka Koirala has commented that the statement given by Chinese Ambassador to Nepal Chen Song is against the diplomatic norms and values.

Speaking at a press meet organized by Nepal Press Union, Ramechhap on Sunday, leader Koirala said the statement given by Chinese Ambassador Song breaches diplomatic norms and added that the government should take this statement seriously.

Chinese Ambassador Song at a program held a few days ago had stated that Nepal is bearing loss from the electricity being exported to India.
