Students stranded in Israel in the wake of the Hamas attack have started landing in a safe haven.
Lewis Rijal, a student of Faculty of Agricultural Sciences under Sudurpaschim University, Kailali, has informed through a video that an army team has arrived to rescue them.
He said in the video that an army team arrived to escort them to a safe haven from the bunker where they were staying.
"We are going to a safe place from here. It would be good for us if the Nepal government rescues us immediately," said Rijal. "We have heard that other countries are attacking here."
According to him, some of them have been rescued by the army and some have been told that they will be rescued within a half an hour.
A total of 49 students went to Israel under a Learn and Earn program on September 15 from Sudurpaschim University. The government has said that 10 of them have been killed.
Four people who sustained injuries are being treated in a hospital while one person has gone missing.
