United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres arrived in Kathmandu on Sunday on a four-day official visit to Nepal.
He was received by Foreign Minister Narayan Prakash Saud at the VVIP lounge of the Tribhuvan International Airport.
High officials of the Government of Nepal, representatives of the United Nations Office in Nepal among others were present on the occasion.
A squad of the Nepali Army offered a guard of honor to Secretary General Guterres.
