Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has vehemently stated that regressive forces’ dream of toppling the federal democratic republican system will never be fulfilled.
Prime Minister Dahal said so during a program organized to honor the head of the government for his role in recording Nepal Sambat in the government’s documents.
“Today’s change has not come through small attempts. Hundreds of people sacrificed their lives, thousands faced jail terms and millions of people participated in the movements for establishing this system,” said Prachanda, “If someone wants to overthrow it, it will just be a daydream, which will never be fulfilled.”
Feudalist forces are trying to raise their ugly heads as a last resort after facing defeats, said Prime Minister Prachanda.
“This is the rule of nature that feudalist elements try to raise their heads for the last time after they face defeats. Such kinds of attempts are being made these days,” said the Prime Minister.
Prachanda has warned that if the regressive forces tried to reverse the republican system, they will have to pay a heavy price.
